WEST DUBUQUE TAP. Located at 1701 Asbury Road as early as 1959, the West Dubuque Tap was owned and operated by Donna GINTER for thirty years as of May of 2010. It was still in operation in 2012.
From 1966 it was known as the West Dubuque Tap and Grill.
