SPA GALLERY AND BILLIARDS. The 1966 Dubuque City Directory listed 4486 Dodge.

Roger and Amy Dammen opened the business in October 2005. They began with Sundance Spas and C. L. Bailey Poool tables and have added spa and pool chemicals; billiard accessories; and poker, shuffleboard and foosball tables. In October 2012 they purchased the "Casual Lifestyles" barstool business.
