Established in 1900, the company manufactured mill supplies and gas fittings in 1911.
The 1909 Dubuque City Directory and the 1913 Dubuque and Dubuque County Directory stated that this business was located at 898 Clay (Central).
The 1915 Dubuque City Directory listed 9th and Clay as the address.
The 1922 Dubuque Telephone Directory again listed 898 Central.
