ROBINSON, Frederick C. (Dubuque, IA, Sept. 18, 1871-- ). Robinson received his early education in the public schools and later entered BAYLESS BUSINESS COLLEGE.

For a time Robinson was connected with the insurance firm of Duncan & Waller. In 1895, however, in partnership with F. W. Coates he bought out this firm and under the name of Coates & Robinson continued the business. He served several successive terms in Dubuque as Grand Secretary of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America.
