THOMAS ARMSTRONG. According to the 1857-1858 Dubuque City Directory, this business was located on the corner of Bluff and Jones.

The 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave the address for this business, carriage manufacturer, as the north side of 3rd 2 east of Locust.

The 1868 Guide, Gazetteer and Directory of the Dubuque & Soux (sic) City Railroad stated that this business was located on 3rd between Main and Locust. This was the same address used in 1870-1871.

The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business, now listed as a wagon maker, was located at 131 3rd.

The 1875-1876 Dubuque City Directory gave the northwest corner of Locust and Jones as the company's address.
