GRAFFORT HOUSE. According to the 1857-1858 Dubuque City Directory, this hotel was located at the corner of 3rd and Bluff. It was not yet opened at the time the directory was printed.
The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as the southeast corner of 3rd and Bluff.
