Encyclopedia Dubuque is written and edited by Randolph W. Lyon, and many images are provided by Robert Reding and Norman Zepeski. Additional images are provided by Tracy O'Meara at Dubuque Postcards and James Orvis at An Online Tour of Dubuque, Iowa.
The encyclopedia website is maintained by Michael May and Jason Burds at Carnegie-Stout Public Library using MediaWiki software. Angela and Ransom Briggs helped establish the site in 2008. Encyclopedia Dubuque is owned and published by the Carnegie-Stout Library Foundation under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike License.
