DUBUQUE FOOD PANTRY. In 2010 located at 1598 Jackson Street, the Dubuque Food Pantry was established in 1987 and incorporated in Iowa as private company categorized under Community Development Groups. People were asked to donate non-perishable food, personal hygiene products, baby items and dish or laundry soap. Monetary contributions were also accepted.
