CARROLL, John Patrick. (Dubuque, Iowa, Feb. 22, 186422 February 1864-- Helena, MT, Nov. 4, 1925) Carroll was an American Catholic priest who became the second Bishop of Helena, Montana. He was ordained a priest on July 7, 1889 and consecrated the second Bishop of Helena on Dec. 21, 1904.
