WINTER'S HATCHERY. In 1933, according to an advertisement the hatchery was located along Asbury Road at a site called "formerly Stout's place."
An advertisement from 1936 located the hatchery on Asbury Road across from Mt. St. Agnes.
The 1939 Dubuque City Directory listed 2408 Central.
The 1941 Dubuque City Directory through 1942 Dubuque Classified Business Directory listed 2396 Central.
