FRICK, John "Jack." (Dubuque, IA, Oct. 24, 1936--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 17, 2022). A serious gardener, Frick became involved in the early work of the Tr-State Garden Club and later with the DUBUQUE ARBORETUM AND BOTANICAL GARDENS.
