KLEINSCHMIDT, Carl J. (Dubuque, IA, Apr. 18, 1894--Dubuque, IA, May 21, 1973). Kleinschmidt served many years as the treasurer of CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF THE ARCHDIOCESE OF DUBUQUE.

A senior vice-president of AMERICAN TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK, which he joined in 1935, Kleinschmidt was named an honorary member of the bank's board of directors upon his retirement.
