KRETSCHMER, Fred L. (Dubuque, IA, Nov. 22, 1927--Colorado Spring, CO, Jan. 5, 2000). Company president. Kretschmer was a past president of KRETSCHMER-TREDWAY COMPANY, manager of the Dubuque Street Products Company, and former president of the Dubuque Traffic Association. He was a member of the board of directors of Solidarity Corp. in Pittsford, New York.
