MCKESSON COMPANY. In 2009 McKesson relocated from the ROSHEK BUILDING to the DUBUQUE TECHNOLOGY PARK. The oldest and largest health care services company in the United States, the company provides such services as medical supplies, pharmaceuticals and health care technology. The facility in Dubuque is focused on the technological side of the business and annually processes 2 billion health care transactions and up to $1 trillion in health care activity.

A Fortune 14 company, McKesson in 2019 was one of the city's largest employers with an estimated 400 employees and an annual growth of 8% to 10% annually.
