LATTNER, Samuel. (Lattnerville, IA, Feb. 5, 1862--Dubuque, IA, July 27,1931). Attorney. Lattner, son of Paul LATTNER, took a banking course from the BAYLESS COMMERCIAL COLLEGE in Dubuque and graduated from the State University of Iowa in law. He served as president and general counsel of the Worthington Savings Bank beginning with its founding.
Lattner served ten years as the secretary of the Dubuque Bar Association and for many years was on the board of directors of the Dubuque YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION (Y.M.CA.)
