IOWA PROSPERITY CELEBRATION AND EXPOSITION. In 1916 Dubuque hosted a six-day exposition that attracted over sixty thousand visitors. On four consecutive days, parades marched through Dubuque to the old Athletic Field (later PETRAKIS PARK).
