GRAND OPERA HOUSE, INC. Financial backers in the construction of the GRAND OPERA HOUSE and later in other Dubuque theaters. William L. Bradley, Jr. and five other people began the corporation in 1890. Bradley eventually bought out the interests of the other partners and reorganized the company to include his three brothers and one sister.

At one time the company owned the Grand Theater, STRAND THEATER, AVON THEATER and had a business arrangement about 1960 with the ORPHEUM THEATER.
