KLEINSCHMIDT, Carl J. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, May 21, 1973). Bank official. Kleinschmidt served many years as the treasurer of Catholic Charities. A senior vice-president of AMERICAN TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK, which he joined in 1935, Kleinschmidt was named an honorary member of the bank's board of directors upon his retirement.
