FINNIN, Michael Lawrence. (Hutchison, KS-- ). Auto dealer. In 1979, Finnin purchased the Fairway Ford dealership on Highway 20 in Dubuque and began a series of high profile television advertisements as "Ford Man--=Protector of the Car Buyer." The business grew to become one of the largest dealerships in Dubuque County.
Within the community, Finnin served on boards of directors of the FINLEY HOSPITAL, West Side Business and Professional Association and was a past president of Thunder Hills Country Club.]
