EAGLE POINT BOAT HOUSE. The 1899-1900 Dubuque City Directory listed 10th and Lincoln.

In May 1891, the Dubuque Daily Herald announced that fourteen "elegant" boats had been received from New York. They would either be rented or sold. (1) In April 1892 boat house officials announced an addition of fifty feet in length to "one of the boat houses" making it the largest on the river between St. Paul and New Orleans.
