COX, Walter G. (Dubuque, IA, Mar. 28, 1847--Dubuque, IA, July 16, 1936). Cox established his partnership with D. D. Myers in 1870 to form one of Dubuque's most successful tobacco manufacturing companies, MYERS-COX COMPANY. Cox also served as a director of the HIGH BRIDGE Company.
