CONCHAR, James W. (Dubuque IA--East Orange, NJ, May 28, 1924). Conchar was one of the organizers of the DUBUQUE CLUB and served as the organization's first president. He was also active in organizing the DUBUQUE SHIPPERS' ASSOCIATION.

He left the city in 1906 to serve as the president of an eastern iron and steel company. (1)
