MONTAGUE, James F. (Boston, MA, Feb. 22, 1853-- ). Montague came to Dubuque in 1870 and learned his trade here. He established the Key City Sign Works and was a dealer in ornamental glass at 38 Eighth Street in 1878. He made a specialty of painting fine carriages.
