POLFER, Clem. (Dubuque, IA, Aug. 29, 1915-- ). Clem and his wife Angie started the HI-ACRE DAIRY. This eventually led to the creation of The Milk House on University in the 1950s and later The Milk House on Windsor and West Locust.
