NORTH GRANDVIEW EXTENDED NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION. Containing North Grandview Avenue from Dodge Street to Delhi and parts of West Third and Park STREETS, the neighborhood contains the Grandview Avenue Parkway and its famous PEONY TRAIL. The area also have some of the city's finest older structures with some featured on past "Old House Tours." (1)
The Association was established in 2003 to protect the residential character of the area and prevent the expansion of commercial development. (2)
