PALMER, Joseph. (Dubuque, IA , Oct. 26, 1884--Dubuque, IA, Mar. 26, 1952). Union official. Palmer served as president of the Printing Pressmen and Assistants Unioin, Dubuque Local 225, of which he was also a charter member. He was employed by the TELEGRAPH HERALD for fifty-two years.
