WRIGHT, Warner Raymond. (Dubuque, IA, Oct. 21, 1935--Dubuque, IA, Dec. 31, 1994). Civil engineer. A civil engineer and land surveyor for over thirty years, Wright was a partner with IIW Engineers and Surveyors. He was responsible for platting many of the major housing and commercial developments in Dubuque County. Wright was a member and past president of the Society of Land Surveyors of Iowa and a member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. Wright was also a president of the WEST SIDE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION.
