FRUDDEN, Edward C. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, Feb. 11, 1971). A veteran of WORLD WAR I and [[WORLD WAR II}, Frudden return to Dubuque to lead the FRUDDEN LUMBER COMPANY.

He was a local commander of the American Legion, trustee of LINWOOD CEMETERY, and vice-president of the board of directors of Northwestern States Portland Cement Company.
