BURBACH, Becky. (Hazel Green, WI-- ). After twenty years of postmaster experience in smaller cities in Wisconsin, Burbach formally became the Dubuque postmaster on June 27, 2013. The first woman to hold the position in Dubuque, Burbach will supervise 118 employees who deliver mail to nearly 50,000 customers in and around the city.
