GEORGE RATH AND SON. The 1875-1876 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of as 1203 Clay.

The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of Clay and 12th.

The 1884-1885 Dubuque City Directory listed George Rath & Company as 1203 Clay.

The 1886-87 Dubuque City Directory listed 1203 to 1205 Clay.
