NESLER CENTRE. The first floor of what became the ROSHEK'S DEPARTMENT STORE was photographed looking west from the corner of 8th and Main. The building in which the store was first located became the Nesler Center when it opened in 1908.

In 1931 Roshek's moved into what became the DUBUQUE BUILDING which was directly behind this construction site.
