DUBUQUE AND WESTERN RAILROAD. Officials of the Dubuque and Western Railroad announced in 1903 that two more electric lines would be constructed west from Dubuque in 1904. One of the lines woyld run through the northern part of the county; the other would pass through the southern countes. The destination of the lines had not been determined. Officers of the company included Peter KIENE, president; Jesse C. Bennett (New York), vice-president; Everett M. Mable (New York), secretry; and Charles H. EIGHMEY, treasurer. (1)
