Howell, Dorothy. (Springfield, IL-- ). An active supporter of community organizations in Dubuque, Howell served on the boards of directors of the MOUNT PLEASANT HOME, RSVP, and the DUBUQUE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA. She was a member of the DUBUQUE VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION Junior Board and president of the board of the Dubuque Symphony League.
