RHOMBERG, Joseph A. "Andy" Jr. (Dubuque, IA, June 12, 1940--Dubuque, IA, June 1, 1997). The co-owner of Health Advisors, Inc. and an advisory board member of Blue Cross of Iowa, Rhomberg served in the United States Army from 1960 to 1963 and was a 1966 graduate of LORAS COLLEGE.

He was active in the DUBUQUE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, Noon Hoops Basketball Club, and was a past president of the ROTARY CLUB OF DUBUQUE and the Wahlert Booster Club. He coach a high school hockey team.
