DIDESCH, Robert Louis. (Dubuque, IA, Jan. 18, 1924-- ). Zoning administrator. Didesch was the first person chosen to serve exclusively as the administrator of the Dubuque County Zoning Ordinance. Appointed in 1971, Didesch served until 1979.
