Budde, Michael. (Dubuque, IA, Oct. 18, 1945-- ). Founder/CEO, ADVANCED DATA-COMM. INC. From 1971 to 1988, Budde worked as an Associate Professor of Sociology at LORAS COLLEGE. He founded Advanced Data Comm. in 1988. From January 1, 1978, to January 1, 1994, Budde also served as a councilman and mayor of Asbury, Iowa.
