KAMMULLER, Louis. (Southern Germany, Oct. 29, 1823-- ). Kammuller grew up and learned his trade in Germany and then emigrated to America in 1848. He came to Iowa and and settled in Dubuque in 1851.

Kammuller and Matthew TSCHIRGI patented a beer cooler on August 14, 1866. In 1880 he had been connected with his present business for twenty-nine years.

He married Miss Martha Oliver, a native of Wisconsin, on December 27, 1849; they had seven children.
