ORDER OF RAINBOW FOR GIRLS. The Dubuque Assembly No. 13 of the Order of Rainbow for Girls was constituted at the MASONIC TEMPLE at 11th and Locust STREETS on May 2, 1925. The order was sponsored by Julien Chapter Order of Eastern Star No. 125 and Mrs. Violet Bechtel was appointed as Mother Advisor. There were twenty-eight girls in the first class.

On May 19, 1925 Mrs. Grace Sprecher, State Deputy, held a meeting with the girls at the Masonic Temple and at this time the Dubuque Assembly was instituted.
