FROMMELT, Paul. (Dubuque, IA-- ). Chief Executive Officer, FROMMELT INDUSTRIES. A member of the board of regents of LORAS COLLEGE, Frommelt served as the 1983 president of the DUBUQUE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE and was chairman of the Dubuque Recreation Board.
