ANDERSON, Sarah J. (Cincinnati, OH, Sept. 12, 1829--Dubuque, IA, Feb. 12, 1926). Anderson, the owner of the first piano in Dubuque, came to the city in 1842 and lived there until 1908 when she moved to Minneapolis. She was the organist at ST. RAPHAEL'S CATHEDRAL during the pastorate of Bishop Mathias LORAS.
