ROLWES, Lucinda I. (Holy Cross, IA, Sept 7, 1919--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 19, 1985). Dance instructor. Rolwes and her husband were instructors in ballroom dancing for many years in the Dubuque area. She was also a former president of the Dubuque County Cowbelles.
