PHILIP TERNES. The 1865 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of 16th and Clay.
The 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave no address for this business although it was listed as a shoe/boot manufacturer.
The 1868-69 and 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory located this business on the west side of Clay between 15th and 16th.
The 1875-1876 Dubuque City Directory gave the address as 1365 Clay.
The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed 1575 Clay.
The 1880 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was found at 1403 Clay.
