J. P. POWELL. The 1859 through 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave the address for this business as the north side of 8th 10 west of Bluff.
The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed the southwest corner of 8th and Bluff.
The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as the north side of 8th between Bluff and Locust.
The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed the north side of 9th between Main and Locust.
