WILLIAM E. HORNE. The 1913 Dubuque and Dubuque County Directory stated that this business was located at 399 20th.
The 1915 Dubuque City Directory through the 1918 Dubuque and East Dubuque City Directory listed 416 Rhomberg as the address. In 1915 he was listed only as a confectioner. In 1916 he was listed only for the restaurant.
The 1922 through the 1941 Dubuque City Directory listed 400 Rhomberg.
