P. SPECHT. The 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave no address for this business although it was listed as a crockery/glassware retailer.The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located on the northeast corner of Eagle Point Avenue and Couler.
The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as 2180 Couler Avenue.
According to the 1883 Dubuque City Directory, this business, a tavern, was located at 2184 Couler Avenue.
