F. HEER. The 1870-1871 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business, stone yard owner, as the east side of Couler between 19th and 20th. The 1880 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 299 7th.
According to the 1883 Dubuque City Directory, this business was located at the northeast corner of 8th and Iowa.
