ASBURY SQUARE. Located along Kennedy Road and south of Asbury Road, Asbury Square was constructed in the late 1960s. In 2010 major renovations meant an increase in the Hartig site from 11,000 to 15,000 square feet. James Martin Jewelers which occupied the northern-most part of the rectangular building moved to 620 Kennedy Road. The Dubuque Driver License Station relocated to 2460 Gateway Drive Key West. Comic World also moved out.
