NORTH END NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION. Established in 1992 to improve the quality of the neighborhood, the Association distributed a quarterly newsletter, ''The Northender'', which reached 1,500 people.  The Association also endorsed large grant applications for the Americorps Summer Youth programs.
