The 1923 Dubuque City Directory listed 1725 Delhi and 1675 Asbury.
The 1957 Dubuque City Directory listed Trimpler Grocery at 1701 Asbury.
Donna GINTER purchased the building and garages. She then hired contractors to remove the garages and construct what became the WEST DUBUQUE TAP. Upon her death, the business became that of Jenny and Kathy Ginter.
