KEY CITY BEER FESTIVAL. Hosted by [[DUBUQUE MAIN STREET, LTD]] with funds for downtown development, the inaugural Key City Beer Festival was held on Main Street on August 5, 2023. Visitors were treated to local and regional craft beers. Vendors came from Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin as well as local companies like 7 Hills Brewing and [[DIMENSIONAL BREWING]]. Attendees were given a 4-ounce glass and unlimited tastings to evaluate the fifty beers provided. Live music and food trucks were present.
